The initial deposit can be as low as 10%.

• Tairovo Gardens microdistrict proposes defenders and their families apartments with a 36-month payment plan without any price increase, including a total discount of 5% and an initial deposit of 25%.
• In AQUA MARINE (AQ2) residential complex on 16th Street of the Big Fountain, military families can purchase apartments with a 39-month installment plan and a 10% initial deposit.

A word about AQUA MARINE

As one may remember, two buildings comprising AQUA MARINE complex used to be an unfinished project formerly known as "Golden Coast" which was halted by the previous developer and subsequently completed by OK “ZhBK “Morsky 1” under the management of KYB Corporation. The completion of the buildings was not hindered by either COVID-19 or the full-scale war. Building No. 1 was finished and put into operation in 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Building No. 3 was completed and commissioned at the beginning of 2023—despite ongoing shelling and prolonged blackouts. Investors in Building No. 3 have already moved into their apartments. Currently, OK "ZhBK “Morsky 1” is constructing a brand new building No. 2 under the name AQ2. It is a completely updated project starting from the foundation, incorporating the advantages of modern technology and current trends.
