Two projects in Bulgaria

KYB construction company has expanded internationally and opened a branch in the city of Varna, Bulgaria. According to the company’s sources, the developer is currently working on two large-scale projects there: Forest Club, a multifunctional complex nestled in the woods and boasting advanced infrastructure, and Aqua View Apartments - an apartment complex located 150 meters away from the sea featuring a private pool and a parking lot.

500 days of war

After the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, KYB Corporation continued the construction of all of the projects in Odesa and its region. After 500 days of war, the developer has managed to successfully complete and put into operation more than 75 000 m² sqm of residential estate, handing over the keys to new apartments to a thousand families.

The focus of our corporation has always been on meeting the needs of Ukrainians for quality housing as well as community and social support. Despite air alerts, shelling, and blackouts, we have continued to fulfill our obligations to investors and support the state during the most challenging times. Our company has preserved thousands of jobs and paid tens of millions of hryvnias in taxes.

Social support

To support Ukrainians who were forced to leave their homes and relocate to Bulgaria due to military actions, KYB Corporation has established a Ukrainian community and launched the public organization “My Razom” ("We Are Together"), which helps refugees adapt to the new country and provides legal assistance and job opportunities.

KYB Corporation continues to build real estate

It is worth reminding that after the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, KYB Corporation has completed and commissioned a section of Tairovo Gardens microdistrict, three sections of Riviera Gardens residential area in Fontanka, and Building No. 3 of the Aqua Marine residential complex located at the 16th station of the Big Fountain.
