International corporation KYB took part in Residential Expo Есен 2025 in Sofia

The KYB team joined Residential Expo Есен 2025 – one of the key residential real estate events in Bulgaria this autumn.

The exhibition, held at Sofia Event Center, brought together more than 50 development and investment companies in one venue and allowed participants to present around 130 current projects, with another 15 premieres showcased to the public for the first time. Over two days, thousands of visitors – individual buyers, investors, representatives of banks and the professional community – passed through the halls of Sofia Event Center, confirming that Bulgaria’s housing market today is dynamic, mature, and rich in opportunities both for living and for long-term investment.

For KYB, participating in Residential Expo was an important part of its ongoing work to update its development concept and raise industry standards. Representatives of the corporation’s sales and marketing teams held dozens of meetings with visitors at the stand, discussed the expectations of buyers and investors, exchanged experience with Bulgarian and international developers, and received valuable feedback on how KYB projects are perceived on the coast and in major cities.

One project attracted particular attention: KYB’s VillApart Arcanum – a collection of coastal villas offering a fixed passive income of up to 10% per year. For many visitors, it became a clear example of how a comfortable space for living and leisure can be combined with a transparent, easy-to-understand investment model that meets the expectations of today’s private investor.
