KYB Corporation Receives an Award in LUN’s “TOP-100 Developers of Ukraine” Rating

A gala evening titled ЛУН Awards 2026 took place at Regent Hill in Kyiv, marking the launch of a new prestigious industry award, “TOP-100 Developers of Ukraine”.

The event format included a closed meeting for owners and CEOs of companies listed in the “TOP-100”, as well as a ceremony with personal award presentations to the ranking’s participants — including KYB Corporation!

Held as an official gala event, the evening offered strong opportunities for networking, building new strategic partnerships, and exchanging insights — both on the sector’s challenges during a period of crisis and on the key directions for its further development.

The “TOP-100” ranking was compiled based on developers’ consistent activity on the LUN platform throughout 2025 and brought together those market players who systematically invest in transparent public communication.

Companies included in the “TOP-100 Developers of Ukraine” collectively account for 22% of all active construction projects. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, developers on the list have launched sales for 44% and commissioned 47% of all new apartments on Ukraine’s primary real estate market.

For KYB, being included in the “TOP-100” and receiving an award at ЛУН Awards 2026 is an important recognition of the corporation’s work on its Ukrainian projects during wartime — including maintaining resilience and a commitment to fulfilling social responsibilities.
