KYB Corporation Wins Two Awards at the International EXPATS Forum
14 December 2025
On December 13, the annual EXPATS 2025 business conference took place at the Sopharma Event Center in Sofia, bringing together representatives of the international business community, investors, experts, and foreign company owners operating in Bulgaria.
KYB Corporation not only participated in the event but also received the 2025 “Business Result” award and was once again honored with the prestigious EXPATS RECOMMENDED industry prize, which recognizes significant contributions to the development of Bulgaria’s modern multinational business environment.
The corporation was represented by Anna Dobrovolska of KYB’s Marketing Department, who delivered the presentation “2024 → 2025: A Year of Transformations. How KYB Is Shaping the Cities of the Future.” She outlined the company’s dynamic international growth, the expansion of its European presence, and the launch of new projects in Bulgaria, Romania, and Montenegro.
The presentation also covered KYB’s plans for 2026, its five-year strategic outlook, and the corporation’s social initiatives, including environmental programs and urban infrastructure development.
“Our projects are more than just numbers. They are living urban spaces that improve quality of life and open new opportunities. We foster culture, support people, and take responsibility for the environment we help shape,” Dobrovolska emphasized.
Following the presentation, a panel discussion took place with KYB Founder Oleg Nevzorov, who addressed key questions surrounding the complexities of international entrepreneurship. The discussion covered bureaucratic challenges (business registration, banking compliance, and more), product and service localization, the influence of national business cultures, and human capital management strategies.
“Developing our business in Bulgaria represents KYB’s most extensive transnational experience, and I truly value the opportunity to share it with fellow expats. The renewed EXPATS RECOMMENDED award not only reinforces the trust of the professional community but also motivates us to maintain the standard we have set,” Nevzorov concluded after the conference.
