KYB obtains Act 15 for the KYB KABAKUM project: key handover has started!

The KYB KABAKUM project by the international corporation KYB has officially received Act 15, confirming the completion of all main construction and engineering works.

For KYB, this is already the third construction project on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast that has been fully completed and delivered according to plan.

KYB KABAKUM has become a showcase example of the corporation’s successful approach to anti-crisis development. The work on the project involved completing a problematic apartment complex on the first sea line, which for years had a negative impact on the image of the resort area and shattered investors’ hopes for their own homes. After reconceptualisation, the property was transformed into an intimate boutique house within the Kabakum Collection, while the surrounding area was cleared of an illegal dump and upgraded into a well-maintained, well-lit access route to the sea.

Obtaining Act 15 is an important milestone for any property in Bulgaria: the document confirms that the building meets the criteria for commissioning and is ready to welcome its residents. For future residents, this means the most pleasant moment has arrived: it is time to collect the keys to their apartments, plan the interior and invite friends to a housewarming.

“KYB KABAKUM is the result of major joint effort. For us, it is not enough to simply construct buildings — we aim to create spaces where people genuinely want to live. Seeing the house fill with life is the greatest reward for our entire team,” noted KYB’s founder, Oleg Nevzorov.

KYB KABAKUM is part of the architectural Kabakum Collection, which brings together projects shaping the new face of the Bulgarian coastline. The collection is united by a common development philosophy: respect for the natural landscape, carefully designed environments for living and leisure, and a strong focus on infrastructure and long-term asset value both for owners and for the city.
