Olympic Profit: Special Discounts for Athletes in KYB Projects

KYB Corporation is pleased to announce special property purchase conditions for athletes in its Forest Club projects in Varna. The program will be available during the Winter Olympic Games, from February 6 to February 22, 2026.

As part of the initiative, professional athletes competing in Olympic disciplines and officially registered with relevant sports federations will be eligible for a 2% discount when purchasing apartments in KYB projects. Timed to coincide with one of the world’s most significant sporting events, the offer applies to Forest SeaView as well as completed villas at Forest Club House.

Forest Club House is a collection of two-storey villas with individual apartments, offering residents direct access to a park area within an oak forest.

Forest SeaView, in turn, is a modern residential complex of five-storey buildings featuring views of the sea on one side and a protected forest area on the other. A private inner courtyard, swimming pools, leisure areas, and year-round services create an ideal balance between privacy and everyday comfort.
