Once again, false claims and a defamatory attack against KYB Corporation

A systematic information campaign against KYB Corporation is ongoing. We clearly see the politically motivated nature of these actions: the public is constantly being fed fake stories, manipulative narratives, and artificially created media scandals aimed at political PR and the pursuit of power. Lacking any real evidence, certain individuals continue to exploit our company’s name for personal publicity.
Today, the public is being presented with yet another false narrative — alleged inspections or licensing issues concerning the company. We officially state that KYB Corporation has held a valid license since 2023. Moreover, in 2026 the company received Category 1 certification from the Bulgarian Construction Chamber — the highest professional category confirming full compliance with all legal requirements and industry standards.
These facts are public and can easily be verified by anyone.
The latest accusations against our company are especially absurd. Works being carried out by the municipality together with Vik on the main water supply system — critically important for local residents — are now being falsely presented as “illegal works by our company.”
This information is publicly available on the official ВиК Varna website and has also been communicated by local authorities. These are easily verifiable facts and have absolutely no connection to the activities of our company.
All local residents are aware that the water supply works on Petra Popova Street are being carried out by ViК.
This is yet another politically motivated attack and an attempt to gain publicity using the name of our company.
It is also a fact that, following our official reports, the Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office and DANS are already conducting inspections regarding Kostadin Stoyanov.
It should also be noted that certain political figures are attempting to gain political dividends at the expense of our company, whose only so-called “fault” is having foreign nationals among its management. We would like to emphasize that this does not violate either the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria or Bulgarian law.
KYB Corporation continues to work, invest, and develop the area. We create jobs, attract foreign investment to the city, and contribute to the development of Varna and the Bulgarian economy.
We are bringing new life to a place that had been abandoned and neglected for many years.
