Year’s Summary

Construction is in progress at the sites of Tairovo Gardens microdistrict, Aqua Marine residential complex, Riviera Gardens, Avtorskiy Rayon, and Unity Towers in Arkadia. Oleg Nevzorov, the head of KYB Corporation, shared that although there had been grand plans for new projects this year, the current challenges shifted the focus to ongoing projects and completing the sections that were in progress in the first place.

This summer, the developer plans to put into operation sections in three construction projects: the final section of the first phase of the Tairovo Gardens microdistrict, building No. 3 of the Aqua Marine residential complex, and three sections of Riviera Gardens residential area.

In accordance with the schedule, the courtyards and adjacent territories are being landscaped and interior works are being completed presently. Investors of these projects will be able to move in the modern buildings filled with comfort and greenery.

“KYB Corporation is one of the few that is active in the market today and will always remain such. We continue to build our estate and will undoubtedly complete their construction. Despite the War

Since February 24, 2022:

• 17 000 sqm of real estate have been commissioned
• over 150 apartment keys have been issued
• the construction of all 6 sections has been resumed
• 3 new sections have been started

The developer has found a compromise solution with DTEK and the first building has already been connected to the new transformer substation.
