Riviera Gardens is growing: key handover begins in Section 13!

In the seaside residential district Riviera Gardens in northern Odesa, one of the most anticipated milestones has officially begun — investors of Section 13 have started receiving the keys to their apartments.

For future residents this marks the beginning of a new chapter, symbolically coinciding with the upcoming Christmas season. For the market, it is further proof that truly responsible development in Ukraine can fulfill its commitments despite air-raid threats and power outages — especially given that Section 13 was constructed after the start of the full-scale war.
