We once again anticipate provocations

Loud statements, lies, and attempts to stop those who are truly creating something meaningful. Perhaps those who have never built anything themselves only know how to destroy.

Last week, political forces used blatant misinformation to block the initiative for developing a Detailed Development Plan (DDP) for the entire “Baba Alino” area near Varna. This initiative could benefit hundreds of Bulgarian families, local businesses, the tourism sector, and the region as a whole.

We continue to ask ourselves one simple question: why does order bother some people so much?

Why are certain parties against Varna Municipality receiving modern infrastructure for the area and fully developing it? Why are they against proper roads, streets, and alleys? Against waste collection? Against public transportation? Against modern infrastructure?

Who benefits from keeping this territory dirty, neglected, and underdeveloped?

We do not have the answer.

But we do understand one thing: whenever people appear who are ready to invest their energy, resources, and ideas into the development of a territory, there will always be others trying to stop them — without offering anything in return.

The new DDP includes areas designated for municipal infrastructure because we want to see this district become beautiful, modern, clean, and comfortable for living.

We create — we do not destroy.

And this raises a logical question: could it really be that neglect, dirt, and lack of development are what some consider to be in the true "Vazrazhdane style"?
